A beautiful product and quick shipping. Good customer service communication. However, the fabricator put the holes for the shower component in the wrong place and it required the work of a skilled carpenter and handyman to remedy this. The install is done and it looks and works great, but they’re still are too large holes That I had to cover with a shelf that if I lean forward can still see and can still see them from behind the unit. Other than this. excellent product.

Dynamic "Bellagio" 3-person Low EMF FAR Infrared Sauna
We got our sauna set up this past weekend. Very easy to assemble and have a used a couple of times. Love it!
After going the cheap route with an Aleko tub we returned that leaky thing and bought the SaunaLife Model S4. It came within a week, it was assembled and crated as described and I had it up and running the same day.
We had to move it about 100 yards into the backyard - two strong guys and PVC pipe to roll it on had it there in less than an hour. Pro tip - uncrate it, makes it easier. Assembly of the stove and chimney took another 45 min and filling it with a 5/8 hose took about an hour. Only thing that was a bit disappointing is that the holes for the chimney guide are not pre-drilled and the self tapping screws that come with it are not strong enough to drill through the stainless steel. You need to have your own metal drill bit for this.
Heated it and enjoyed the spring evening with the Mrs in the water.
The sauna was pretty easy to assemble with two people. The only issue we encountered was with the right wall connecting to the front wall. The upper bolt screw housing came out and even after putting it back in we could not tighten it enough to eliminate a slight open seam at the top of the walls. It was a struggle to put the top on because of it, but after getting it on it tightened the walls up and the open seam was eliminated. Other than this issue the sauna works great and we hope to enjoy it for years to come.
We are experiencing a new level of health benefits - and enjoyment in utilizing the Bellagio infrared Sauna. Also need to mention the great packaging, delivery and design in putting this together. It looks beautiful and we love the quality of the finishes. Most of all my husband and I can't wait to relax in the heat. The temperature options, light color choices and bluetooth speakers for our own enjoyment, are all noted. With only 2 weeks use we notice better sleep, better skin and old age puffiness disappearing.. Overall a 10/10
