  • Most orders include free shipping, except for SaunaLife products, which may have additional shipping charges.

Order Processing and Shipping

  • Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Shipping Time: In-stock items are typically delivered within 3-9 business days.
  • Shipping Carriers: We use UPS Ground, and FedEx Ground for deliveries.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
  • If you don’t receive tracking details within six business days, please contact us at support@premiumsaunas.com.

    Inspecting Your Delivery

    • Check your items upon delivery for any visible damage. If damage is present, note it on the delivery receipt.
    • Report any missing or damaged items within 48 hours to ensure prompt resolution.
