Order Processing and Shipping
- Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Shipping Time: In-stock items are typically delivered within 3-9 business days.
- Shipping Carriers: We use UPS Ground, and FedEx Ground for deliveries.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
- After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Order Refusal Policy
- Orders refused for reasons other than damage or shipping errors may incur a 20% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping costs.
