We are really enjoying our new sauna. It gives you a good sweat and the red light and bluetooth really help set the mood to relaxation!
The unit is very well constructed and good quality. Had a bad experience with the shipping company but that is not Premium Saunas fault. Had some questions about assembly as the instructions were not included but they answered all my questions quickly and sent me the instructions.
Quick note if you are assembling yourself. The traditional heating unit does not get wired in to the control unit on the roof of the sauna even though there is a plug for it. It must be wired in to its own dedicated 20 amp circuit and the sauna needs its own dedicated 15 amp circuit. That was not clear to me in the instructions.
Juan was very helpful in clearing things up for me
I love my FD-4 sauna that I purchased through Premium Sauna. The personnel that I worked with were professional, courteous and very responsive to me during the whole process. The only problem that I experienced was with the Installation Instructions that the sauna manufacturer provided which were not completely applicable to my specific model sauna.
Finnmark FD-4 Trinity Infrared and Traditional 2-Person Hybrid Sauna
The sauna kit is packaged perfectly with what you need first at the top of the pallet and the roof at the bottom. The build went smooth and it is a beautiful solid sauna. We couldn’t be happier with it.
Highly recommend
These guys knew the product and parts needed and got them out to us the next day. Prices were competitive and the service was amazing
This 2 person sauna was perfect for my wife and I. The FIR heaters are amazing and very comfortable compared to traditional saunas! The construction is top notch!
Fantastic sauna heater! Simple, reliable, and powerful
Solid construction, smooth shipping, looks awesome on my deck!
This sauna is extremely well built and truly a pleasure to build. I received the measurements ahead of time and installed the foundation using pavers, topped with treated lumber. The stove is excellent… easy to make a fire and really heats up the sauna well.
Now… my wife and I are happy sauna people.
This sauna is amazing! In comparing different saunas before my purchase, this stood out for its high quality materials and great looks. I've been very happy with the it so far and the support from Premium Saunas was excellent
I've had my saunalife CL4G setup for a few weeks now. I actually put the sauna in my basement and liked it without the trim so I kept it plain. I've been using the sauna 3-4 times per week and absolutely love it. I have nothing but good things to say about this sauna and I was actually pleasantly surprised with the setup as many of the reviews had me concerned. Ended up taking me maybe a full day by myself but overall wasn't too bad.
We Got the 3 person sauna, my husband and are pretty small people, about 5’ and 5’4” so this size fits the two of us very comfortably!
We got our sauna kit about 7 days after we ordered it. The shipping was great! The driver dropped it off in our garage so we didn’t have to move it from the curb!
We were so excited to start assembling it, we started at it right away. The building of the sauna took about 1 full day, from sun up to sun down! The directions got a little confusing in some places but we had watched a few videos prior to starting, of other sauna owners assembling theirs, and those helped tremendously.
We use our sauna every single night pretty much. Even as the weather is warming up, we still enjoy a good sauna sesh. And if we ever move from this house, we will absolutely be purchasing another one. Maybe a little bigger next time!
Of all the people I spoke with the Premium Sauna team was most knowledgeable and helpful. They understood the tradeoffs and patiently worked though the different options with me. 1st class experience for a significant health purchase.
The setup was pretty straight forward and it’s made of high quality materials. Really enjoying the sauna!
Working with Premium Saunas could not be easier. Wonderful staff and knowledgable!! Shipping was good and build went pretty smooth. When we had questions they were on it with help! I fully recommend them to all of our friends!!!
My experience with Premium Sauna was great. It was easy to order, and the delivery went well, however, there were a few minor issues with the carrier but that had nothing to do with Premium Sauna. Assembly was relatively easy, but you have to follow the instructions, or you will find yourself redoing a section. Also, you will need two people (3 is ideal if you get the 8-person) because the walls and glass are very heavy. I ran into an issue (self-imposed) and called Premium Sauna, and they got me an answer within an hour which allowed me to finish assembly that day. The only negative thing I can say is in reference to having the 240V/30-amp circuit installed. I called Premium Sauna to find out where the power was coming from (left, right, top, bottom) I was told it was front right so I had the outlet installed in a location that would accommodate that, however, the power was on the opposite side so I had to call the electrician to relocate the outlet which cost me $300. That was the only issue I encountered. The sauna is amazing! Good quality and everything worked as advertised. I would definitely recommend this company and sauna to anyone interested in purchasing one.
Well made accessories.
Our sauna arrived with some minor damage from shipping or packaging. Within 2 communications the company took care of the issue, fixed it and we are enjoying our sauna. Thank you for doing the right thing.
