This sauna is extremely well built and truly a pleasure to build. I received the measurements ahead of time and installed the foundation using pavers, topped with treated lumber. The stove is excellent… easy to make a fire and really heats up the sauna well.
Now… my wife and I are happy sauna people.

I've had my saunalife CL4G setup for a few weeks now. I actually put the sauna in my basement and liked it without the trim so I kept it plain. I've been using the sauna 3-4 times per week and absolutely love it. I have nothing but good things to say about this sauna and I was actually pleasantly surprised with the setup as many of the reviews had me concerned. Ended up taking me maybe a full day by myself but overall wasn't too bad.
We Got the 3 person sauna, my husband and are pretty small people, about 5’ and 5’4” so this size fits the two of us very comfortably!
We got our sauna kit about 7 days after we ordered it. The shipping was great! The driver dropped it off in our garage so we didn’t have to move it from the curb!
We were so excited to start assembling it, we started at it right away. The building of the sauna took about 1 full day, from sun up to sun down! The directions got a little confusing in some places but we had watched a few videos prior to starting, of other sauna owners assembling theirs, and those helped tremendously.
We use our sauna every single night pretty much. Even as the weather is warming up, we still enjoy a good sauna sesh. And if we ever move from this house, we will absolutely be purchasing another one. Maybe a little bigger next time!
Of all the people I spoke with the Premium Sauna team was most knowledgeable and helpful. They understood the tradeoffs and patiently worked though the different options with me. 1st class experience for a significant health purchase.

My experience with Premium Sauna was great. It was easy to order, and the delivery went well, however, there were a few minor issues with the carrier but that had nothing to do with Premium Sauna. Assembly was relatively easy, but you have to follow the instructions, or you will find yourself redoing a section. Also, you will need two people (3 is ideal if you get the 8-person) because the walls and glass are very heavy. I ran into an issue (self-imposed) and called Premium Sauna, and they got me an answer within an hour which allowed me to finish assembly that day. The only negative thing I can say is in reference to having the 240V/30-amp circuit installed. I called Premium Sauna to find out where the power was coming from (left, right, top, bottom) I was told it was front right so I had the outlet installed in a location that would accommodate that, however, the power was on the opposite side so I had to call the electrician to relocate the outlet which cost me $300. That was the only issue I encountered. The sauna is amazing! Good quality and everything worked as advertised. I would definitely recommend this company and sauna to anyone interested in purchasing one.

We discovered Premium Saunas while searching for a specific sized infrared unit… it had to accommodate my wife and I comfortably. When I say comfortably, I mean laying down in a relaxed position… which it does… incredibly comfortable!!!
The installation was simple, I actually assembled it myself (this should have been a 2-3 man project) with some assistance from my wife. She helped with hauling the large front and rear panels to the lower level of our home.
The process was smooth, the delivery was fast, and the assembly was as expected…

I love it !However it took much longer to assemble than one day....especially if you need a platform! I thought I ordered a wood bucket?? The ladle came but not the bucket??

Was great to purchase a full package and be done. Shipping with 440# of rocks stove multiple furnace pieces was very nice. My Kids played in the massive box. I had analysis paralysis for a while looking at buying separately and they price matched. Will be buying my door from them soon. Now just need to get my sauna built
