Amerec AI Series 36kW Commercial Steam Room Generator, 240V/3PH
The Amerec AI-36 steam generator is a powerful 36 kW unit, capable of supporting up to two large steam rooms, each up to 1,800 adjusted cubic feet (ACF).
Designed for efficiency, the AI-36 features an ASME-certified pressure vessel that delivers instant steam, a temperature safety system, diagnostic indicator lights, a water level sight glass, and a low water cutoff with manual reset. This unit is crafted for high performance with minimal maintenance, reducing downtime and service costs. The unit’s all-steel exterior and stainless-steel feet ensure durability and corrosion resistance.
As part of Amerec’s AI Series, the AI-36 meets strict safety standards, including UL and cUL listings and ASME compliance. Each unit is factory-assembled and pre-tested to guarantee reliable, automated operation.
The AI-36 is offered in 208V (9006-363), 240V (9006-364), and 480V (9006-366) three-phase configurations.
For optimal use, the AI-36 requires an appropriate control system for adjusting steam room settings like temperature and bathing duration. We recommend pairing the generator with the optional ADI Automatic Drain System to help prevent scale and sludge buildup by automatically draining and flushing the boiler tank.

Warranty
Amerec offers a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty includes repair or replacement of defective parts for one (1) year from the original installation date, subject to the following terms:
- Registration: The warranty is valid once the completed warranty registration form is submitted within 60 days of installation. It is non-transferable and only applies to the original installation.
- Return Authorization: A return authorization number must be obtained from Amerec for any warranty claims. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for repair or replacement.
- Limitations: This warranty excludes damages from misuse, improper installation, or incidental/consequential damages. The warranty is limited to the cost of repair or replacement.
