Amerec AI Series 36kW Commercial Steam Room Generator, 208V/3PH
The Amerec AI-36 steam generator is a high-powered 36 kW unit that can serve up to two large steam rooms, each up to 1,800 adjusted cubic feet (ACF).
Equipped with an ASME-certified pressure vessel for instant steam production, the AI-36 includes a temperature safety system, indicator lights for diagnostics, a water level sight glass, and a low water cut-off with manual reset. This unit is designed to minimize downtime and reduce service costs while providing long-lasting, hands-free operation. Its robust all-steel exterior and stainless-steel feet ensure it stands up to wear and corrosion.
Part of the trusted AI Series, this generator complies with UL, cUL, and ASME standards for quality and safety. Each unit is factory-tested and pre-assembled for reliability.
The AI-36 is available in 208V, 240V, and 480V three-phase configurations to meet your facility’s needs.
To ensure the best performance, the AI-36 requires a compatible control system to adjust settings like temperature, duration, and pre-heating. We also recommend the optional ADI Automatic Drain System, which helps prevent sludge and scale buildup by automatically flushing the boiler tank daily.

Warranty
Amerec provides a limited warranty for defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the original installation date, subject to the following conditions:
- Registration: The warranty is valid once the completed registration form is submitted within 60 days of installation.
- Return Authorization: A return authorization number is required for any warranty claims. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for repair or replacement.
- Limitations: The warranty covers only the cost of repair or replacement and excludes damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, or incidental/consequential damages.
